The girls weekly skills clinics enable U8 to U14 girls who ar not currently on either a developmental or travel team to receive highly specialized soccer training from professional instructors, including age-appropriate skill training in a fun learning environment.
Each player warms-up with her ball in a highly skills-focused environment. These extra ball touches enhance dribbling touch, foot-surface use and coordination. Skill development exercises and small-sided games promote successful skill application, decision-making and team work.

DCSSL's 2006 Coach of the Year, Karen holds the USSF National 'A' level Coaching License, USSF National Youth License, KNVB Dutch Youth Coaching Diploma, and the NSCAA Advanced National Coaching License. She is a VYSA Coaching Education Instructor for state coaching courses, is the Girls' Technical Director for the DCSSL Girls' Academy Player Development Program and Camp, and is a Regional Director for Coerver Coaching. She played NCAA Div. I soccer at GWU and has head coached at Marymount University, MD Olympic Development Program, girls' and boys' travel teams and at all school levels.
Khaled Hamami, GU9-10 Girls Academy Age Group Director, DCSSL
Khaled, a former professional and National Youth Team player, holds the USSF National 'C' License, the USSF National Youth License, and the NSCAA Goalkeeping Diploma. Khaled is a Coerver Staff Coach and and Girls Academy Camp Coach. He instructs the DCSSL Travel Goalkeeping Clinics, has head coached travel teams at many ages, and is the current GU9-10 Age Group Director for the DCSSL Girls Academy .

Equipment
Bring ball EVERY SESSION, plus shinguards, cleats, flats/tennis shoes and water, every session, please! Also, appropriate clothing should be worn, and hair should be tied back.
Registration/Cost
Fees are $125.00 per player.
