The season begins on Saturday, April 10, 2010. Game days are April 10, 17 & 24; May 1, 8, 15 & 22;  June 5 & 12. To register, click HERE

Volunteer Commissioners are dependent on parents to register their children in a timely fashion in order to roster teams, distribute uniforms and create schedules. Late registrations by parents are the primary cause of delays in publishing schedules. To address that DC Stoddert has a three tiered registration schedule.

A registration fee of $70 for a single player/$165 family (three or more) will be applied until February 14, 2010.

On February 15, the fee will increase to $90/$205 for all returning players.

On March 15 registrations will be considered late and a fee of $110/$245 will be imposed for returning players. In addition, a returning player registered after March 15 has forfeited their right to be rostered on their previous team. Commissioners will roster all players in the order of the registration dates. After March 15, Commissioners may also choose to close registration to all players.

New players are not charged late fee. The club does not wish to discourage any child from playing. However parents are strongly urged to register new players as early as possible.

A note on team placement. Returning players who register and pay on time (before March 15) will automatically be placed on their team from the previous season unless a change is requested. Before March 15 new players and players wishing to move teams will be placed as space allows as determined by the volunteer age group Commissioners. After March 15 all players will be placed in order of registration date. When a player has been assigned to a team, the coach or team manager of the team will contact the parents/guardians. If you have registered and paid on time and have not been contacted by a coach by March 20, 2010, please contact the Stoddert Registrar at 202-338-1910, ext 302. The Registrar’s office hours are Mon, Tue, Wed & Friday 11am-2pm and Thurs. 2pm-4pm.

There were a few glitches in the travel registration system, forcing the administrators at Youth Leagues to take the system offline until late Monday, January 11th.  Therefore, the spring registration deadline has been extended to Monday, January 18th.  After the 18th, a $100 late fee will be added to the standard $705 spring fee. 

After January 11th, if you still have problems with registration, please e-mail assistant registrar Matt Davis at registrar@stoddert.com and give him a contact phone number for him to reach you.  He should be able to walk you through the process after the database is fixed tomorrow.
